Narrative Alchemy Lab Access

$28.28 every month

A trauma- and healing-informed virtual co-writing space for writers who want consistent creative practice, caring accountability, and community support.

Whether you're writing memoir, personal essays, poetry, or simply making space for the stories waiting within you, the Lab offers a grounding space to return to your work without having to carry it alone.

Inside the Lab

4 live co-writing sessions each month (alternating Monday evenings and Wednesday afternoons), including:

  • Creative intention-setting for the session

  • Brief mindfulness and body-based grounding practices

  • Lunar-inspired oracle card pull, reflection, and (optional) creative prompts

  • Quiet body-doubling time for focused writing and creative processing

  • Supportive community accountability

Plus: Members also receive invitations to quarterly Q&A sessions where we explore writing craft, publishing, and sustaining your creative practice while honoring your well-being.

Come as you are. Bring the messy draft, the half-formed idea, or simply your desire to write.

You don't have to carry your story alone.
